guys, i was a fat fuck for the last couple years and only sort of cared, but never did anything about it.
recently, for non /fit/ reasons, i stopped drinking 3 cases of beer every week and "miraculously" i'm down 20lbs in a short time

now i'm into the weight loss and my lack of beer consumption has put money back into my pocket and i want to get a sports bike, but not until i look hot in a leather racing suit so i still have another 20-30lbs to lose

if i just keep not drinking beer and doing what i'm doing will i lose the weight? obviously there's a apex but i don't know how to find it? is it when i've hit a healthy weight? i don't eat a ton or unhealthy foods so i think my calories are ok

Okay guys.
I give up.
I give up on going to the gym and lifting.

But let me explain myself, I'm not giving up on a life of doing sport and being healthy.
I started this journey in july of the last year, when I discovered a 10/10 girl that made me realize I was an ugly piece of shit.
I was 30% bf around that time, got down to 18%.
I still want to get to that 10% bf for the sweet abs.

Sure, lifting is fun, but I've lost my will and motivation, last week I went simply two times to the gym, and clearly days offs were more exciting than the gym.

I've learned all the memes here, changed my life, changed my diet, learned about nutrition, I love it, stopped eating like crap, learning all I can about anti age and how to get to old like a young person.

But I lifted for the wrong reasons, I lifted because I though it was going to get me pussy.
I was simply wrong, sure, most women will prefer a fit male, but the more I speak to girls around me, the more I researched, and using my logic, I came to the conclusion that most girls don't give a fuck if you're swole or big, all girls simply would like a fit or athetic body, like a sprinter guy has or a soccer player has, that's the ideal and most sexy male body to girls.

It seems therefore a waste of time to lift to get pussy, you can be big, but lifting wont cure being beta.
It help me more to get girls to actually approach girls than reading all the PUA bs and meme advice from fit.

Right now I've re-planned my goals, I want the othermode look, and looking like bruce lee would be my main goal.
I don't want to be huge, and I have more important things in my life like learning music, drawing, my college and getting a job than obsesing over becoming a gym rat.

I'll change my life style to now do mostly cardio and bodyweight, that seems more my style.

I finnaly ditched rows as main strength exercise and put in weighted chin ups, rows are now in 8-12 rep range.

What is the good goal for weighted chin up, what % of BW for how many reps?

My gym bro, who does only weighted pull ups and chin ups for backs looks huge, 40 kg over hand pull ups on 79 bw for 3 reps.

I feel like its easier to progress on chin ups aka neutral grip pull ups and you are less likely to cheat unlike on bent over rows.

Chinup means supinated grip. Neutral grip is just a neutral grip pullup.
