Hey /fit/, I've been looking into these steroid alternatives to begin a cutting cycle. I know about Anavar, Clenbuterol and winstrol steroid cutting cycles but I want to know if anyone has had any experience with the Crazy Bulk alternatives?
they are fucking trash meme products which are just repackaged and renamed vitamins to vaguely hint at real steroids.

Manual labour will make you way more fit than going to the gym. 70 years ago, bodybuilders used to believe that you had to do 100 reps of an exercise before upping the weight.
Also, my uncle is a 72yo farmer strong like you would not believe. he got an artificial knee but can still walk trough 3 feet of snow like it was nothing and lift enormous logs all day. I kid you not, I went logging with him (i'm 31) during Christmas break and I could barely lift half of what he did. And I squat 2 plates.
Also, most farmers my age are stronger than me even if they don't have time to lift. Going to a gym is for aesthetic, not to get strong.

I can't remember the last time I had a 'proper nights sleep' or felt 'well rested'.
Obviously sleeps massively important for gains and basic wellbeing.
Would any of you guys actually say you sleep well?
I need to fix this but besides waking up at the same time everyday and exercising during the day to feel tired, is there anything that helps?

Its frustrating to see how weak I am, I want to recover as fast as possible.

what you should know however is that "regaining" lost muscle is generally a LOT faster than building new muscle, it won't take that long for you to get your gains back
I need some routine advice for me /fit/. I am 25 years old, started lifting in September and had no idea what to do, so I asked the instructor at the gym to give me a beginner's program. This is what I have been doing all these months:
warm up:
row for 5 minutes on maximum level
jog for 5 minutes (usually at 10km/h)
lifts:
bench press 3x10
squat 3x10 (it used to be leg press but I changed it to squats when I learned the form)
wide grip lat pull down 3x10
deltoid flies machine 3x10
leg extensions 3x10
crunches 3x10
I stayed consistent and had some good strength gains. However after educating myself a little bit more I think it's time to switch to a different program. What I recently did was I added deadlifts to my program, I do 3x5 of sets (Currently only 1 plate).
Should I switch to SS or just add dead lifts and continue with the same program? I am mostly interested in size and can go to the gym every other day, so a PPL workout is probably not a good idea.

I just realised the key to getting really shredded and athletic.

Lifting weights without cardio is 1D chess. After cardio it's 4D chess.
This explains the ripped dudebro phenomenon. They mix up cardio with weights and even though they do isolations, the cardio beforehand allows the weightlifting to unleash the hormones.
