I have a huge roll of fat I ought to get rid of but I'm too tall to be skinny but can't afford a gym membership because I'm in an unfortunately unpaid NEET rehabilitation program and if I get a job to pay for the gym I'd not have time to go to the gym. What should I do?

I work out 6 days a week, been doing so for about a year and a half, used to be fat, and now I'm rock between 75-78 kgs. I lost a lot of weight in one year(when from 110 kgs(or more) to being able to see visible abs.

I went to a urologist because I was constantly having to urinate, he basically just told me that my kidneys homeostasis are all fucked up because I lost to much weight so quickly.

I can't really remember the last time I actually chilled out for a day(without it being because I was hungover), I've been binge drinking once a week now for at least a month. I have also been taking ritalin once a week(and the comedown is brutal), I have to take sleeping aids to fall asleep(to calm my body down).

These last two weeks when I'm taking ritalin I've noticed that I get these tingling sensations in areas of my body(feet, fingers, scrotum, penis) some sort of PNS problem.

Ritalin has kept me clear headed with the studies, but it just feels like the ritalin is now starting to wear down my PNS and my shit's getting all fucked up.

I still feel like I'm not in a state of mental distress(unless when I'm coming off from ritalin), so that's at least a good sign(because I've had episodes were anxiety really crippled my life.

I'm mostly concerted about these numb/tingling sensations I get through my body, I can't even begin to imagine how my body is breaking down, is it some sort of pseudo diabetic bullshit? Overstress on the automatic nervous system? Alcohol abuse at weekends? My dependence to benzos?

I feel a scumbag for relying on so many different shit just to get by, I haven't even mentioned the preworkout shit I take, It's full of beta alanine and coffee.

Any tips on becoming more healthy and not crash and burn by being on some crazy SS shocktrooper cocktail just to get through normal everyday life.

Hell when I get drunk, I pop a lil of dat benzo, then I get drunk enough to by weed and then I don't remember much from there, that can't be good for anyone.

I'm trying to lose ~25 lbs of fat to get down to 12% how much muscle should I expect to lose? Not asking because I'm concerned about it actually losing the muscle just want to know how much actual weight I need to lose as opposed to how many lbs of fat I'm going to have to lose.

Can you get a proper nutrition being a vegetarian (plant based + eggs + dairy) ?

I'd go vegan but I heard its hard as fuck to have a proper nutrition and I dont have a lot of time to plan my meals with college + work + studying german + other stuff.

Also how hard is it to build some muscle being vegetarian (I mean do you get enough protein?)

Im more worried about my health than getting big.

I heard most vegetians/vegans have fucked up diets but idk if its because vegetarian/vegan themselves are shit (aka its not technically possible to do it and get all your nutrients) or if they just do it poorly.

The sticky's program picker ( rohitnair.net/pp/ ) told me to look into either AllPro's Beginner's Routine or GSLP. Now I know that I'm still very much a beginner, but I want to start looking into aesthetics and hypertrophy. From what I understood GSPL might be a good base for that, but I can't afford that damn ebook yet so I have no idea what these add-ons might be - if they're a good idea at this point of my training, that is.

Has anyone on fit taken the cabbagepill yet? I've been on a strict all cabbage diet for 2 1/2 months now and the gains are insane!! I heard online that cabbage is a "superfood" of sorts which boosts your metabolism, and some historians think it is why the Irish were able to survive the ice Age.

well, that was my before pic.
i've improved since then. as for my routine, I do:
Legs: smith machine squats (bar)
calf raises
I don't want mutant legs, tryign to go /ottermode/

upper body:
5X15 curls
20 crunches
10 sissy pushups
neck exercises

Before workout I rub pure cabbage oil on me skin so I can be invigorated with the glorious essence of my ethnic vegetable.
