Did you bulk while working it? Because i've been working it for like 8 months while cutting/eating on maintenance and it didn't change shit not even a fucking centimeter, but as soon as i started working it on a 6 month bulk i gained a whole fucking inch and a half on my neck. And no it wasn't fat since my Bodyfat just went up by 2%

I've been on GOMAD and gained about 25lbs and all my lifts have shot up to 1/2/3/4. No neck gains. 0. Nothing. Also, i have immaculate form. Just bad genes fucking LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats your routine for neck? What exercises you doing? Are you progressing in weight and reps?

The only 'neck work' I've done is making sure I hold a neutral head position while lifting and mine's grown by a good inch in circumference.
