Hey there, in the last time I researched into combining a perfect supplement stack for being more healthy and focused. I wanted something to prevent mental and physical illness and boost my cognition on a daily basis because I have a mind challenging job.

--> 1.200 IU Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) -> prevention of deficiency
--> Vitamin B12 (10 µg), B3 (32µg), B6 (5µg) -> prevention of deficiency
--> 400 mg Alpha GPC 50% -> Cholinergic, cognitive enhancement
--> 300 mg L-Theanine -> stress relief
--> 200 mg Phosphatidylserine 20 % -> slowing down the onset of mental decline and improving cognitive performance
--> 150 mg Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract -> Boosting of Nerve Growth Factor production
