If I do 5X5 Squat and also want to use the Safety Squat Bar, can I do 3/5X3/5 on that as well or should I do higher reps? I train legs primarily for strength so lower reps would be best, but can I do both of them at the same volume? They are very different in terms of muscles worked and the amount of weight you can lift so it's not like 10X5.
