Fuck, /fit/, why is running so hard? I fucking hate doing cardio, specifically running. Lifting is fine, it's even fun sometimes. But running makes me feel want to drink bleach.

Are pancakes literally the most god tier food? I can't find a single flaw in the ingredients as long as you replace flour with wholegrain flour.

Then just add some maple syrup for taste. It contains natural sugar and not added sugar so it's not harmful, not to mention that even added sugar would be neutralized by the fiber and micronutritients of the pancakes.

If some people measure their workouts in the total quantity of weight moved, does that mean squatting 100 kilos will shield roughly the same result as squatting 50 kilos in quick succesion?

Youre not talking about total quantity of weight moved, you're talking equivalent amount of work done, which makes sense numerically on paper but not in terms of mechanics. As such, this mechanical difference will yield different results for the body since they are different stimuli.

Chicken breast tips? I just can't make a good fucking chicken why? I load it up with seasoning which mostly comes off in the pan, it has the consistency of steak why?

I cook it 3 minutes on each side. Then cover it a few minutes on low. But I've tried different variations off time and temp and it fucking sucks no matter what.

I heard smaller breast are better I got huge mutant ones at Sam's club. I'm going to try that but what else? I'm ready to give up if it's going to be like this.
