Virtually every sit down restaurant has a grilled/baked chicken breast on the menu. get a side of broccoli(preferably raw because they usually add butter too their steamed or sautéed vegetables in murrica) and you're at 500 cals max.

In every restaurant I've ever been to, if there was a burger on the menu, that's what I got. I fucking love burgers. You can't go wrong with them.
get a chicken salad with ONLY vinegar as a dressing. no oil.
and don't eat any croutons they're not even really food :P
