Chang the protein intake to 0.8-1 gram/lb of body weight.Put in your height, weight and What you eat in a day. if you aren't getting enough of something, add foods that have that thing. If you can't incorporate those foods into your diet, supplement accordingly.
Vitamin D3 with K2 (Topical from Thorne)
Gelatin (gelatin collagen hydrolysate)
Maybe A and E.
Milk, OJ, eggs, beef/lamb, potatoes/rice will cover most of your micronutrients.
