What is your genetically gifted bodypart, /fit/?
Where did you get gifted and where did genetics screw you over?

My strong gifted bodypart is back for sure, mainly width wise.
My weakest is for sure my chest. I'm glad for my back, but being a chestlet is so depressing

Let's see what you guys lift in, they can be normal jogging shoes, lifting shoes with high heels or just barefeet.

Starting with my 20+ years old Adidas Power Perfects that I took from my dad, they feel very nice since they are so broken in and they look nice IMO.
Been considering the new Power Perfect II's but at the moment these do just fine.

I keep one because weed fucks my memory. I record mundane thing, random thoughts, events that happened that day to me or on the news. It's really enjoyable to look back and see what I thought, felt, did, a few months/years ago.

What happens when you decrease calories lower than -500 of your TDEE during a cut? Do you start losing muscle? What if you keep your protein levels past 0.8g per pound of body fat, will that retain the muscle? I wanna know how much I can cut without losing gains.

If you come straight up (i.e. don't lean back and work the weight up the rails) it is no different.
