Fuck, /fit/, why is running so hard? I fucking hate doing cardio, specifically running. Lifting is fine, it's even fun sometimes. But running makes me feel want to drink bleach.

its supposed to be kind of a zoneout time, not fun. You only need to run for a few weeks before it becomes easy enough to just daydream through it.
Don't have asthma? I have asthma and it makes it painful and difficult to run. If I could run long distances I'd give it a shot but as it is I can't.
