Seriously, I've been doing for the last month, it's GOAT cardio and I've lost 25 lbs. worth of bodyfat over this last month since starting. Agility training is practically leg day and cardio in one, it's not great for athletic conditioning but a genuine workout that torches fat much faster than plain simple jogging or walking. Of course you still need to make sure you're burning more calories than you're consuming to lose weight.

sprinting for 3 mins will burn 200-300 calories (depending on how much you weigh).
do that everyday in intervals (sprint for 10 secs, slow jog back, sprint again) along with eating clean and not eating shit

water only fast (and take potassium + magnesium + sodium, and maybe calcium too, not sure).
you will probably only feel shitty the first ~3 days.
if you wanna lose weight even faster, you can do low intensity cardio (e.g. walking).
you could do short high intensity workouts to help preserve muscle mass, but i dunno if that's necessary.
