What is it about this squatting exercise that makes me want to get lazy and skip it?
I love going to the gym for upper body and I don't even mind squatting all that much, but subconsciously I just want to not put in the work squatting as I do benching/overhead pressing or whatever even though I know it benefits my overall physique as well (and probably the juiciest hormonal response for a compound lift)

what is your perspective or mental state going to the gym to squat a shitton of weight? just do it?

I see this talked about alot on here, so let's have a phenibut thread.

Anyone tried it? How did it feel?

I ordered some from nootropic depot, tried a measured half teaspoon (should be ~1.1g) yesterday on an empty stomach, and didn't feel a thing, still felt anxious when I went to work 4 hours later. Could I have been doing something wrong? Should I up the dose next time?

I am using on and off since ~2 years.
It really feels like baclofen or a mild xanax.
The only difference is, it triggers gaba-b receptors which are slow in nature -> meaning unlike benzos you dont feel it in 20-40 minutes, it takes like 2-5 hours till the effect is present.

Strict Form Pull-Ups/Weighted Pull-ups are the only pure display of true upper body strength.

Having a larger body mass doesn't help you with pull-ups like it does with other lifts where you produce an assisting force with your body weight.

Is it rude for a woman to ask a man if he needs help carrying his bags?

Hence why im asking if Im cucking my gains by just cooking it all at once and eating it in 1 meal.

550g chicken breast is like 120g protein. Everyone seems to talk about it being a waste to ingest more than 50g or so per hour or whatever the magic number is. What if I spend 3 hours eating the chicken? does that make it better?

A few years ago I was at 14%, but my *now ex* gf was a gains goblin. Less time at the gym and more eating out cause dates. Overall the worst mistake of my life dating her.
