I totally changed my diet since breaking up with my ex about three months ago. I'm already down about 20lbs so I could only imagine what I looked like to other people at the time. Again though, the whole problem was that I thought I still looked ok, but good lord I do not. It's really embarrassing to even see where I'm at now, and from here on out I know that I can't be fucking around.
