It really feels like baclofen or a mild xanax.
The only difference is, it triggers gaba-b receptors which are slow in nature -> meaning unlike benzos you dont feel it in 20-40 minutes, it takes like 2-5 hours till the effect is present.

Phenibut seems to be a hit or miss most of the time. My dose is 2g.
Make sure you take it on an empty stomach and don't eat for a few hours afterwards. It will hit 4-5 hours after dosing,
The feeling is between being tipsy and borderline drunk, anxiety is non existent, and music sounds amazing.
Make sure to only dose once a week or so, as tolerance builds fast, also there is a thing called a 'Phenibut Hangover'
That said, there are some rare times it does absolute nothing for me
