Hmm. In 8 weeks I went from barely completing 3x6 sets of chin-ups to 5x10. Only recently did I see actual progress in the mirror.
But I did these sets twice a week only, because you're going to need your fucking rest, you mongoloid.

Hey /Fit/, I recently started lifting weights and after doing Hacksaw Squats, and Preacher curls I have been sore for the past 3 days. I can barely bend my arm a certain angle and it would hurt to stretch it out (my arms). Ant advice or opinions? Am I doing to much weight? (picture not related)

But are they superior for roiders? Or a PPL/PHUL/UL are still a better choice for a roider?

Google something along the lines of "strongman routine". Professional strongmen 1) roid and 2) don't do isolations and brosplits. You'll find that their routines are usually between full body and upper lower.
Anyway, of course doing PPL 2x week will be better than a brosplit with 1x week frequency, roids or not.

So I've been cutting for like 5 weeks now and I've stayed very consistent with my macros. I've hit them on the dot everyday and have been consistently losing 1-1.5 lbs a week. This weekend I went out Friday and Saturday, Friday i had one beer which put me about ~200 calories over my daily goal but still 300 under in a deficit. Saturday I legit got drunk and had a bunch of vodka. This morning I weighed 217 which was 8 more pounds than my last weigh in. Should I be concerned? I don't understand how I could put on that much weight just from drinking despite still being in a deficit?

Hi fit, It seems that I inflamed/damaged my ulnar nerve on the left arm. It doesnot hurt much when my arm is extended, and when its closed my pinkie and ring finger get tingles/numbnes.
What causes it and how should I proceed?

I have shit grip strength. I cannot progress on deadlifts, curls, rows, pullups, chin ups etc. because my forearm becomes painful and I can't grip hard enough

Keep doing those exercises and they will build up. You only really need it for pullups and deadlifts. Don't do the other stuff in the beginning you will only destroy your forearms and make it harder to recover

More strenght based one. Doing more reps for more muscle hypertrophy is kinda wasted on a cut since muscle growth is slow to non existing. Less volume overall on a cut in general, and lower reps on compounds too so they focus strength more.
Lets say if you did 4x8-12 for bench on a bulk and now you started a cut, go for 3x4-6 on a cut.
