I have shit grip strength. I cannot progress on deadlifts, curls, rows, pullups, chin ups etc. because my forearm becomes painful and I can't grip hard enough

Keep doing those exercises and they will build up. You only really need it for pullups and deadlifts. Don't do the other stuff in the beginning you will only destroy your forearms and make it harder to recover
