i also wanted to try this for lats
make another thread in a month or so it would be interesting to see how it affected your gains

Your muscles can only grow at a certain (slow) rate as a natural.
What the fuck were you expecting?

No progress?
Hmm. In 8 weeks I went from barely completing 3x6 sets of chin-ups to 5x10. Only recently did I see actual progress in the mirror.
But I did these sets twice a week only, because you're going to need your fucking rest, you mongoloid.

Again
Im expecting results in a month + one week rest + one week regular training

What "results"?
Muscle growth? Nah, no amount of work will overcome the slow speed at which you can grow, if anything it may hinder it.
If by results you mean getting better at chinups, then yeah you will get much better at them by doing them regularly.

i can already do 4x10 and im in week 3 day 1.
I havent explained my routine but essentially i take rests when i feel a sharp pain anywhere.
Day 9-10 i rested because my lats were in pain.
Day 16-17 i rested due to wrist pain
So i did get rest

Muscle mass takes time. You will get better a chin-ups dues to the neural efficiency you are creating from doing them every day.
