For the average, middle aged house wife that sits around watching food network all day, sure. Alton probably does cardio twice a week so it works for him, but anyone who does more strenuous anaerobic activity needs more

Why is my mind lagging behind my body?
I enjoy working out, it takes everything in me to give myself rest day (still doing cardio) i just have to stay active, choosing to walk more and shiet.
But my mind is simply not developing as fast as I wish it would (its even stalling I would say). I've always been into personal development, but I just cannot bring myself to develop my mind.
Every time I'm walking to the gym I listen to podcast and audiobooks feeling motivated and all that, promising myself how I'm going to read for hours after I get home, but once I'm home, I waste my time endlessly browsing internet and achieving fuck all (don't even have motivation to watch TV Shows or movies because they require your attention).
Tried learning programming, but that doesn't work, i drop it after watching code and tutorials for 10 minutes.
What should I do /fit?

I don't get it.
I have lactose intolerance. I had chocolate protein bar right after training (it doesn't explicitly say that it has milk sugar in the ingredients section), and then 30 min later a whey protein (also no lactose in it) with water.
Then I ate chicken with quinoa, a little bit of soy sauce and some veggies.
1 hour later I get diaherra and I also shit out lots of air.
What caused the shitting?

Lactose intolerance doesn't mean that lactose is the ONLY thing that gives you diarrhea. Sounds like there's a new thing that gives you diarrhea. Think of it as a fun game, like a scavenger hunt where you have to find the secret portal that leads to you having diarrhea.

When Im nearing the end of being sick I'll do some lighter lifting with a mid range of volume. It's not super straining and it still feels good. I dont do any cardio tho since that usually makes everything 10 times worse for me atleast
