- fix this by switching the sausage for chicken or something else if you want

Plastic surgery doesn't really work for men, and we're mostly men here. Its more for women who don't want to hide deformities with makeup every day. Men are just "Oh shit my nose is crooked" and then get on with life

I currently weigh 77kg (169,756 lbs) in the morning with an empty stomach after peeing and taking a poop, and I'm 175cm tall. I've been following the Kinobody superhero bulking program since March and I've seen some gains, but I weighed 79kg last month and didn't have visible abs when relaxed so I decided to go for a mini cut three weeks ago and now I'm at about 15% bodyfat. I'm eating 3100kcal for three days a week when I hit the gym, 2500kcal on my off days and 2400kcal on Sunday. Protein is always 170g, fats are 30% of total intake and the rest of my calories is from carbs. Is this approach correct if my goal is to lose small amounts of fat while keeping most of my muscle? I'd like to reach ~11% bodyfat towards mid-July. Pics are me after a workout on the left and me in the morning after weighing myself on the right, they're from 4 days ago.

Redpill me on beverages /fit/. I've been meaning to drink this very pulpy and fruit tasting (you can even taste the bitter peel) orange juice I have (sticky says it's fine) but some people here still talk shit about juice. I also want to know what /fit/ thinks of milk and water.

So, I'm currently eating about 1800 kcal as I'm cutting. I intend to start bulking next week and I should eat about 3300 kcal for that.

My question is, should I increase slowly the calories or do it at once? If slowly, how much? 500 kcal per week till I hit the 3300?

If you've been at a deficit for an extended period of time, yes add slowly to avoid excess fat gain. Adding 300-500 a week is probably fine.

Does anyone have experience correcting kyphotic posture? What chest exercises should I do that won't work against me? I've been reading that I should avoid presses because they tighten the chest
