Has anyone here seen good results on a 6 day routine? Are you natty? What type of program do you do?

Seems like a lot of time to spend in the gym to me, but if it works I might consider it

Yeah it works, it's the best way of making gains. 3 body parts per session.

So I'm 5'4 135 pounds. Sadly I got high cholesterol according to my last round of blood work. I'm taking testosterone to transition to being a male so I'm at an increased risk of heart disease.
So here's my question, I am broke (medical bills.)
and my doctor suggest I exercise and eat more fish. So how/what sort of exercises should I do if I have no equipment? I know that most ways to lower cholesterol suggest losing weight but one I get lower than 120 pounds I get light headed so I don't know if losing weight it the right thing to do for me. I wouldn't mind get toned while going on this exercise journey.

I have a coworker that is like 400+ lbs that I overheard is 'trying to lose weight' and I swear to god she brings in strawberries and a large jar of nutella like twice a week. In addition to her daily 3 three (3) III liter bottle of off brand cola and store bought salad

Lower back pain thread, come here and post about your back pain issues.

I have been feeling my SL joins sore this week, and funny enough I think it's from me doing body weight squats, my dead lift form is ok and I have zero discomfort while doing them, but whenever I squat to warm up my lower back is on fire.

OP do this routine every time after your leg days. Ive been doing it for about 3 months and no longer have any back pain and my squat form has improved substantially because of my increased mobility. A lot of people have back pain simply due to being too tight / having lack of hip mobility. Trust me, i fractured my L5 and have been to countless doctors/chiropractors/physical therapists and none of this helped me out as much as this simple fucking youtube video.

Only got two 33 lbs dumbells right now. What are some difficult exercises that can only be laoded lightly? Lateral raises take less load than presses, lunges take less than squats, etc.

So what are the "lightest" exercises? Exercises you can crush yourself with only a few dozen pounds? Do they even exist?
