Only got two 33 lbs dumbells right now. What are some difficult exercises that can only be laoded lightly? Lateral raises take less load than presses, lunges take less than squats, etc.
So what are the "lightest" exercises? Exercises you can crush yourself with only a few dozen pounds? Do they even exist?

You should do more. Your high test art is magnificent.
Chest flyes

Incline dumbbell press is somewhat lighter than flat, neutral grip dumbbell press is harder than regular, figure out a way to tie them together and you can do dumbbell rows, lunges use about 40-45% of the weight of a squat. Realistically though, you should be doing dips, box jumps, chin ups and RDLs as your main movements which you can then supplement with lateral raises, arm work and rear delt work to achieve decent symmetry.

You can get a great workout with those
> Shoulders
Front raises, lateral raises, bent over lateral raises (for rear delts)
> Biceps
Preacher curls
> Triceps
Lying tricep extension
> Chest
Very, very slow incline bench press, incline chest flyes
> Back
Bent over row
> Legs
Bulgarian split squats while holding a DB in each hand
> Calves
Standing calf raises while holding a DB in each hand
> Traps
Shrugs
> Forearms
Wrist curls
> Abs
There are lots of ab routines you can look up that use dumbbells
Enjoy!
