is 135 on deadlift for 12 good for a beginner. I weigh just another 135. It really fucked me up and I felt like passing out for an hour, but in terms of muscular fatigue, I could've done more. Will this change with time? The pressure involved with picking something off the ground is just too much. For reference I can bench 155 for 2 with MUCH less strain, but I can feel that the muscles are going as far as they can go. I feel like I can go harder on deadlift if it wasnt for the pressure/feeling of passing out.

I always watch YouTube eating shows and the creators are usually really skinny. They constantly eat big crappy meals and stay the same size. I can understand some that exercise but there are others who don't look like they exercise at all.. why is this?

if you're somewhat lean when you start and you manage to lean bulk without gaining too much fat maybe.

Also you'll need to have the right genetics, if you have wide hips, forget about looking good until you become actually big.

Is 5"10 where society sees the start of the manlet status?

This pic shows that even though people under 5'10" lose 500 pounds that decrease gets smaller over that and to lose another 500 pounds you have to jump up all the way to 6'2"

hey guys

i need whole milk to make gains. I live with my mother working a part-time job while going through college. I've budgeted myself, and milk is my second highest expense (after car insurance). I drink a litre a day, and the containers coming in 2 L cartons, costing $5.69 every two days, or $85.88/month.

I drink milk because it's an easy way to get ~600 more calories a day; bulking at 3060 calories makes that very useful and cheaper compared to other food sources, but it's still expensive.

Are there any other cheaper food sources containing a high amount of calories? I'm up for powders, military chocolate bars, etc. etc.
