It is pretty autistic but the mixed mushroom and spinach lasagna recipe on page 150 is true master race. I've made it probably 20 times, always goes over well at family dinners or pot lucks. Vegetarians/vegans always thank me for it, then seem disappointed when they find out I'm not actually one of them.

How many weeks/months would it take to fully sugar detox your body?
Have had a serious sugar addiction for many years now, might be in serious trouble because of it.
I'll see the doctor soon, but it's probably already too late for me, likely got colon cancer or something similar.
Anyway, I'm wanting to start detoxing sugar, but i have no idea how long it would take before my body would start to reject it. Can't find any reliable results on google.

Good luck completely cutting sugar, it's in almost everything. You can reset your taste buds/cravings within a month or so with a dietary change.
There is a point where we needed to stop and we have clearly passed it.

World Hunger: We Have Enough to Feed the World but Fuck You

• 80% of antibiotics sold in the US are used in animal agriculture
• Animal agriculture is responsible for 18% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions ( more than the combined exhaust from transportation [cars, planes, train ect, which make up a combined 13%])
• Livestock and their byproducts account for more than 32,000 million tonnes of CO2 per year- that’s half of the WORLD’S greenhouse gas emissions
• Livestock covers 45% of the Earth’s total land (a cause in rainforest depletion). As the population grows, we literally won’t have room for cows
• Methane (yes, from cow farts), is more destructive than CO2 on a 20year time frame
• Methane has a global warming potential 86x that of CO2 on a 20 year frame
• Even without fossil fuels, we will exceed over 565 gigatonnes of CO2 emissions by 2030, all by raising animals for slaughter
• We are currently growing enough food to feed 10 billion people (current population is 7.something billion[fuck u, use google])
• Growing crops for livestock takes 56% of the US water consumption
• 2,500 gallons of water is need to produce 1 pound of beef. And they ask us to take shorter showers? Fuck you
• 5% of US water is for private homes; 55% is for animal agriculture
• Don’t be a dick, go vegan. Or vegetarian or something.
Worldwide, cows drink 45 billion gallons of water and eat 135 pounds of grain each DAY! We have a high enough food yield to feed the whole planet, but we don’t, so that we can have fat fucking cows. We have starving people all over the world, THE GRAINS THAT WE FEED TO LIVESTOCK SHOULD BE FED TO PEOPLE INSTEAD. The meat/dairy industries are in close relations with pharmaceutical and chemical companies (hormone and antibiotic use). They are the one percent as well .

I went to a restaurant today and ordered the daily special. It was a rice dish with chicken and paprika (pic related), but I cannot find a recipe for meals like this.
