I don't know what the fuck tofu on ice is but try getting tofu skins or those dried soybean chunks at asian markets to mix things up. Or cut your pressed tofu, fry it and toss it in sauce and make general tsos tofu. Use actual good breading not just cornstarch. FUCK every Chinese place that just rolls it in cornstarch.
