Do you think the AP designers know that their designs are failing? Almost all of the new print series still have main pieces in stock, and I don't know about Japan but it seems like a lot of us are disappointed with the quality of the recent dresses

Seems like custom printed larger sized stockings aren't popular enough for print shops to offer them. The only way getting those done would be hiring a factory and this isn't an option unless you can sell thousands.

someone even linked me a photo of me when I first started cosplaying and said "you were so pretty here, you should get at this weight again" ....in that photo I was malnourished..

I don't know what it is about losing weight that makes the comments feel a lot worse. I'm trying my best and it makes me feel like all my hard work is for nothing

Everyone always posts this as the example, which is just about the only one I know of that can even pass. With the rest, it's pretty obvious and I have not noticed any new others 'of higher quality' examples, please?

This one you can tell on sight because of the lace, the quality of the bodice ribbon, the skirt gathers and the difference in fullness of the waist bow. If you examine them side by side instead of just seeing one or the other worn, the zippers and lining differ slightly also.

So I am planning a Nana Komatsu cosplay with a friend who is going to be Nana Osaki. Hachi wears lots of different outfits throughout the series, tending to gear towards modern 50s inspired clothing. She has a lot of very detailed clothes with lots of patterns and then some very simple clothes. Im going for simple. I was curious about what this layout looks like so far. She's known for not matching pinks in the series, so not all my pinks match for that purpose. Im kind of sticking to pink, white, and gold with pearl and gold accents for jewelry. I didn't add in bracelets and stuff because I figured thats self explanatory.

Any critique would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to start out the thread so negatively, but is anyone else losing interest in Mulberry Chronicles? It started out really promising, and I still want that mushroom dress, but the new preview pictures of the fox dress show the exact same cut AGAIN. Though that would be forgivable if the prints weren't growing increasingly "blah".
Even this new brooch looks really awkward and uninspired, like if a student was practicing drawing from life and decided to stick one of their sketches on a pin and sell it.

Your making it sound like it was their descision to do this. If you actually read the post, it's something that the goverment is requiring. Turn on the news and maybe then you can figure out why.
