If i was you i'd study up on real estate investing.

I bought a little cuckshed of a house and making it into a hunting cabin. If it works out I'll be buying more and borrowing to the hilt. White tail deer and hogs are flooding my countryside and people fly from all over to hunt the fuckers.

I considered just renting it but shit. I could get maybe ~$400 a month in rent but $60 a night as a cabin rental. It'll for sure be rented more than 7 days a month on average and it's next door so i have the added benefit of a guest house.

I'd stick with what you know op. Maybe a hobby or past work experience that you know well. Try and monotize it.
