I'm young so I don't have that much money to begin with, but I've been accumulating a fair amount of silver since 2011, I also own less than 1 bitcoin haha. I'm just excited to btfd assuming the shit doesn't hit the fan.

There is very little room for a loss and to the moon for gains. 1 descent factory moving here would easily double or triple my income. If not, well, i'm slowly closing in on my coveted hard earned NEET lifestyle.

Actually i would love a crash. Most of my shit would still be rented and i'll buy uo all the cheap property i can afford a down payment on.

Hell, i've borrowed 20k from a buddy at 15% for 5 years once. House broke even for 3 years. Made a little money on years 4 and 5 that i put back into it. And now until it crumbles in ~50 years or i sell it i'll be making money every month to purchase more real estate.

Just gotta hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Worst thing that could happen is everyone moves out. Can still pay most of the mortgages with my day job.

Aditionally be invested in precious metals, oild, and my side business to ride any short term waves soon.
