If i was you i'd study up on real estate investing.

I bought a little cuckshed of a house and making it into a hunting cabin. If it works out I'll be buying more and borrowing to the hilt. White tail deer and hogs are flooding my countryside and people fly from all over to hunt the fuckers.

I considered just renting it but shit. I could get maybe ~$400 a month in rent but $60 a night as a cabin rental. It'll for sure be rented more than 7 days a month on average and it's next door so i have the added benefit of a guest house.

I'd stick with what you know op. Maybe a hobby or past work experience that you know well. Try and monotize it.

Hold up a sec. You're talking about profiting $3/lb making lead sinkers. How are you transporting the scrap lead? Spending money on petrol or just walking long distances with realllly heavy bags? What are you fueling your smelter with? How much fuel does it take to smelt 1 lb of lead and how much does that fuel cost in dollars? How are you transporting that fuel? How much time does it take to make the sinkers? I mean how long starting from solid scrap lead, to molten lead, skimming off impurities, pouring the lead and then waiting for it to cool down to a reasonable temp? Who are you selling the sinkers to and how are you transporting the finished sinkers? Let's say when you factor in all the costs of fuel and transport you're still profiting $2 per pound of scrap you would need to make and sell like 20lbs of sinkers every single day to live in shitty poverty spending all day every day slaving over a hot fucking furnace that will definitely knock at least a decade off your lifespan even if you take every precaution to not poison yourself with fumes.
