Well I have been thinking about making a relatively low budget mobile game to make some money. I had some desire at the beginning, projecting success into my head.
But I can't keep momentum of my desires. They quickly vanish and are not as strong as they should be, I think. It all comes from me not believing in myself. That I can really carry this project further, like every one before that.

I haven't gotten a job in 2 years since I graduated(cj major didn't know what field to go into). I tried to get into IT but that was a big waste of time bunch of Indian recruiters who never delivered. Now my parents sent me back to school in medicine I'm about to completely bomb, this test week.
I'm so damned confused about my career. I worked odd jobs on contract doing shitty work and they never lasted even a year.

CJ as in criminal justice? That's what i graduated with a degree in. Try getting a few certifications at a community college, or try to supplement your cj degree by joining the military reserves. You can also try to pursue a law degree, or you can just try to a police officer.

Is it too late to go to college? I'm 21 and lost, but I want to study Computer Science, and then go to Med School. What are your guys thoughts about the Tesla Solarcity merger? Do you think it will go through? Will the shareholders approve it?
I'm more interested about the arbitrage oppurtunity, about 28% profit potential from current share prices. Since scty is just about at record lows, i dont think the share price could go much lower. So, even if the merger falls through and I'm stuck with scty shares, i could sell them for what i paid for them.
What do you guys think?

Holding onto the scty shares would be the worst case senario. I think theres also a possibility of the scty shares going up if the merger falls through, i mean they fell a great deal when the merger was announced, seems like investors dont want it to happen.

Oversimplifying by quite a bit here, but at it's core, it's the same way companies move profits overseas. Not saying that's what's happening here because I truthfully haven't looked into it thoroughly, but that's the general gist of how it's done.

Hi /biz/. Can we discuss the Card Reader market? Curious to see if anyone uses a Square, Paypal, or Stripe for their business and the general experience of each. I'm about to setup a Stripe account, mostly because we don't actually need the physical reader. Square charges 3.5% per transaction for manually entered charges, which I find kind of ridiculously un-competitive.
