These stocks are on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CGC is), or the Canadian Securities Exchange & tsx venture both 'canadian penny stock' platforms (all the other weed stocks are on these).

You have to find a different broker. See what your personal bank offers or try Etrade or Interactive brokers if your bank can't do canadian.

The ones I checked are good to go. I recommend half CGC, because it's the biggest and has good technology, maybe some Aurora. Do some research, look at their sites. Look at the stockhouse bullboard, or ihub for discussions etc. Just get that trading account soon as you can because it can take two weeks, but you'll be ahead of thousands of people anyway. If 3 people flake and don't pay, you're out of time and profit.

It would be very difficult, in my opinion, to scale up to ten+ family plans and manage it.

Better idea is to partner with a phone vendor and promote their plans/phones. I know Republic Wireless had an offer on CommissionJunction when I looked a few months ago. They paid out $30 per person you have buy a plan for them. Get 6 people to switch phone plans to them and you've made $150 more than pimping out 1 family plan.

I agree. Anyways, my brotip that I'm going to drop for OP is to start a business based on an already existing industry by targeting deficiencies in the industry.

For example, the most successful people I know did the following...

1. Piggybacked off oil industry by doing surveying for smaller firms who couldn't do it efficiently
2. Created soy products when vegan was just becoming a meme and got 'waste' from soy processors for almost free which he converted at massive margins
3. Started a landscaping company, did nothing special except make it very automated & mass advertising
4. Worked as a cabinet maker and created custom closet company. It's huge now and he's retired

So, if you didn't get the idea yet...

1. Pick an industry you have an interest in.
2. Work in it and learn as much as possible about it.
3. Create a company and do things more efficiently or target a need in the industry that is unmet

That's literally it. Easiest way to create value for a large base of people with the least effort.

And if it doesn't work out, at least you're skilled in your industry and can easily find high paying work.

There's nothing you can do to stop them. Consider it the cost of doing business on ebay. Some people are going to do return fraud just like some people shoplift.

Raise your prices to deal with being robbed. Or do your business off ebay. But well all know the second option is business suicide for most ebay vendors.

It's not so much a big deal for huge retailers, but very much so for small retailers whose welfare ebay seems to care very little for.

You can't handle shoplifting if you're only selling a single product a month. It just fucks you out of your time.

All you need to do is just getting started. Even if its for 5 minutes. It's better than 0 minutes. Most of the time you will be 'into it' and that 5 minutes will turn into 10, 30, 60+.
