Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.
> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

PURA is going to make a run again. signaled as a buy on Americanbulls.
Also BMXC good chance to snatch up some shares today, it will run like OWCP.
OWCP up again today..
>>1810738
Can you trade a single one of those shares on RH?
What is better anons buying or renting ?
Pros and cons of each one.
Note: I dont have family nor want to have one so buying sounds bad to me because whenever I die I would have no one to inherit the fucking place.
depends on market, dunno situation in US but here housing prices are super high and rising and its impossible for 90% of this generation to even consider owning a house. personally gonna keep renting and saving + keep job stability until housing bubble bursts so I'll be in good position for a loan
Age income location?
>>1810506
>saving
Lol. Why
>One man has a net worth more than the entire GDP of Maine.
Why is this allowed?
So what's your proposal to change it then?
>>1809234
Actually allowing such upward mobility in for a man and a company is something that should be put in check. That is a serious problem a very serious one and I believe control over companies who reach a certain value is a danger to the public and a danger to the country. A company should not have more money than the country and thats a belief I stand beside
>>1809234
And that's just the money we know about.
What would be the best place to live if you're paid your salary in Bitcoin to avoid the tax jew?
>>1807591
A place where you can spend it without first converting it to the local jcoin.
>>1807600
bitcoin backed debit card looks ideal for this. you are only spending money as far as they can tell not earning anything. conversion happens on the fly i'm sure they will take their cut tho. so you pay the jew tax anyhow.
>>1807600
I heard Estonia is really bitcoin friendly... I'm looking at EU countries cause I can move there without requiring a visa
Is it immoral that I'm trying to evade paying taxes?
How long did it take you after leaving full time education to realise that success is 95% related to your social skills and looks?
It is impossible to pass graduate job interviews in the UK if you don't have a posh accent or are one of da ladz. I have failed over 30 internship and graduate interviews. Being ugly isn't helping. EVERY company, whether it's an investment bank, engineering company, or public sector company cares about nothing more than social skills.
It seems that with social media and blogs, even previously meritocratic jobs require more and more self marketing, as if everyone is a mini corporation. Ultimately the human aspect, even if it's usually an insincere personality, is becoming more in demand everywhere.
>>1807015
>How long did it take you
-5 years.
I was in high school when I read studies regarding looks and popularity as correlated to financial success.
what kind of school did you go to where basic sociology isn't discussed?
>>1807015
>How long did it take you after leaving full time education to realise that success is 95% related to your social skills and looks?
less than 6 months
>>1807015
Even if you don't look great, just be well groomed and dress well. Have good posture and body language and loose any regional accent you have.
I come from Newcastle, and I had to learn to drop the geordie accent. Reinvent yourself.
Just wanted to get a general vibe from the biz community in regards to the markets. You guys as a whole probably have a better feel for the markets than the general public.
The S&P 500 and the global markets are going strong after 2008.
What is your view for the next few years:
1.The bull market will continue
2. Time for a correction
3. Sideways after the bull run
4. Other -(what is your view?)
Cheers...
>>1804055
The market only crashes on major UNPREDICTED events. There's no point in looking at trends, the catalysts could be sparked at any time. If a reasonable person could see it coming obviously it would be mitigated before it ever got bad.
>the global markets are going strong after 2008
MSCI Emerging Markets and Europe are still below their highest point from 2007/8 ago, only USA did really well.
>>1804092
We're having a nice start to the year on the asx
are you exposed, are you making money
ECS.TSE (eCobalt) > +15.74%
CNJ.ASX (Conico) > +14.6%
I bought myself into Conico with 10k $. This is a multibagger, they have a cobalt 50/50 JV with a small goldminer called BAR.ASX, which SP shows a higher value with the same fundamentals (the cobalt deposit in Mt. Thirsty, operated by CNJ). They are closing the 5cent gap, I advise you to get in.
>>1801633
I might add,
ECS.TSE :: 980% years performance
BAR.ASX :: 400% years performance
CNJ.ASX :: 150% years performance
CNJ.ASX / BAR.ASX has a greater (4th largest in the world) and higher value cobalt deposit at Mt. Thirsty than ECS.TSE, however the latter has a better marketing campaign over at investorintel.
>>1801638
... and forgot the most obvious
> $42,500 USD per tonne of cobalt as of 14.02.2017
meme this son' bitch to the moon
>basic human right
>most expensive thing you'll ever afford
huhhh
>owning private property is a human right
lol no
>>1811241
of course it is
Article 17 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others
>>1811245
okay. Who's saying you have to buy a $300,000 house? i know plenty of people making $14 an hour who have homes. Nobody is keeping you from getting a house but its not supposed to be given to you.
Thats not what rights are. You have the right to bear arms. Doesnt mean guns are being handed out. No you have to pay for it you weak little bitch. go out and work fag.
/biz/, what do you think of poor people?
You were the ones who were supported well, got an easy degree, slipped into $90k in your first job and are earning even more, sums that most people can't imagine.
What about the people who serve your takeouts, deal with your accounts, and suck your dick (if you're into that kind of thing)?
What about them. Was it all choice and happy families for them?
Do you just despise people for being poor? Is that the kind of people you are?
>>1810514
What the fuck do you want?
I hate them
Every time I hear some shitty hobo ask me for money (that I KNOW he's going to spend on malt liquor) I want to curb stomp the fuck out of him
Right wing death squads soon
I've been behind people in line at the gas station where people have bought $5 worth of gas and $20 worth of lottery tickets
It also rustles my Jimmies too see someone use EBT for a shopping cart full of processed crap food and they have brand new shies and spinning rims.
Poor doesn't mean low income either. I have a friend who Judy graduated pharm school and got a job making 135k.
He and his wife immediately went out and bought 2 70k Mercedes to celebrate and then got a 600k house. He already had like 250k of student loan debt. What the fuck was this nigger thinking.
Can you give me a little insight in the topic credit card vs debit card.
Im a college student and recently I got my debit card because I started to work for a company.
Im happy because I never felt comfortable using cash (I dont like going around with tons of cash in my pockets when I have to buy something).
But I've noticed some places offer only credit card payment and they dont accept debit cards.
So what should I do m8s, is it the same as a debit card if I get a credit card and always pay the entire price at once ?
Also explain me the prons and cons of each one. I never felt like having a credit card because I dont spend a lof of money (id rather save) but idk
>>1810388
Get a credit card, and spend the same amount as you would a debit. ALWAYS pay back within interest free period
As a result, your credit score goes up
>>1810390
Other than building a positive credit score why would I rather use a credit one than a debit one ?
>>1810394
Because you need to be a good goy.
I will do almost anything. Any rich sadistic motherfuckers out there or rich bored people looking to see someone do anything for a couple bucks?

Not OP but call dibs on this. How can I contact you.
>tfw your trading strategy actually works
>tfw your win rate is 60% with a P/L of 1.8
>tfw made a $560 profit since last year (125 days of trading)
>tfw too poor to increase leverage and become rich
what do /biz/? I've tried asking for more money from my parents and siblings but they're like
>hurr you're just getting lucky.
>hurr efficient markets
>hurr index funds are superior in the long run
>hurr hurrrrrr
honestly though its not just "luck". my strategy is fairly universal in that it works with most asset classes. Though I mainly trade forex because t. poorfag
Get a job.

You can't beat the market. Just do the sensible thing and put it all in an index fund.
How do you feel about the timber industry?
How difficult would it be to buy up some land and pay a company to come out and fell some trees?
It's not difficult at all. The harvester will cut down the trees during the winter, and load them onto trucks, and the trucks unload the trees to local mills. eat load = $$ for you and the harvester.
So to have a successful harvest, obviously you want good timber, and lots of mills that need it. and good terrain so the harvesters can quickly extract the trees.
There's a guy I saw on Youtube who bought some forested land. He sold the timber off of it, then parceled out half that land, sold that too and was able to build a home out of the proceeds.
>>1808174
Difficult. My senpai in Mississipi owns timber land. It makes a little bit of money but it isn't much. I think we make more on farm land per acre than they do. They just use it a bit of a income for fun against they land they already own.
Property taxes mean land must be put to use. Beetles can kill your assets. Long time for roi. Costs to get the timber cut and processed. Etc etc.
If you're serious next step is to price out some land with forest on it, and get in touch with a harvester. See what they charge. Run the numbers and see your roi. I bet it will be 2-3%
Just wondering as this is probably the best board for this, anyone fancy helping me getting a doggo by donating ;) paypal: [email protected]

>>1811432
If you can't afford to buy it how will you afford to feed it and pay vet bills?
Fuck you, go get a free dog.
>>1811432
I would, but I'm afraid you will buy it just to molest it.
