>In looking for real estate investment opportunities, the author recommends looking in the right places. One way of doing this is to jog around the neighborhood one is interested in. People can acquire real estate even if they don’t have sufficient funds for the down payment. In fact, with a bit of cleverness, the author says people can even make money with no capital.
What did he mean by this?
RE investor here. This paragraph has a lot going on, a lot of concepts. You'll need to just start at the beginning and learn there. Don't try to understand it all at once
Instead come back to this later and you'll understand the details then.

>What did he mean by this?
He means save up $100,000 in index funds and a make a great credit report. Then you can do no money down real estate.

Nothing its fluff, which tells you fuck all.
It has a success rate of 60% with a P/L of 13 meaning losses are very minimal when they happen. How much would they give me?
If you're really confident, don't EVER share it with anyone. Instead just keep going with it and make money for yourself.

Name a topic and format and I garuntee you theres already hundreds of people with a few million subs, and 3,000 shitty attempts at imitating them.
The days when you could become huge with just a shaky cellphone camera and somebody talking with a silly voice about zelda are long gone.
To make a sucessfully monetized channel you are gonna need a few thousand dollars of equipment, expierienced videography and editing skills, hundreds of hours, and a topic that hasnt already been beat to death by 10,000 other fuckwits scrabbling for cash.
Then you spend years running social media accounts, begging the eclebrities of your topic to plug your channel, and there is no garuntee you will ever get popular enough to make up for all the lost time and wasted money.
Its better to just do your own thing and if people like it THEN maybe consider upgrading your gear and format and seriously pursuing it. People who start a channel specifically to monetize never make any money.

because most of them are either based on the vanity of women or the emptiness of a childs/nu-males head.

How can someone land a job at companies like Google in Europe? Just over linkedin you can see that at one position there were over 150 applicants (just from linkedin). In my case it's a position about ux-design. I fullfill all the written requirements, went to a top university and got a master title, have a strong portfolio website, etc. Even worked abroad for a year. The only thing which is missing a bit is work-experience. I have about 3 years during and before my master studies (intern position). Is that a exclusion criterion?
Do you have any pro-tips of how to increase the chances?

Applying on linkedin is useless, they reach out to you if they want you. The process can take up to a year till they place you somewhere.

So... Can we discuss how m00tykins got hired?
>>1811880
Its not obvious? Either way he is working on Google Calendar, which is a joke. Its like the story goes, Larry and Sergei are having drinks on their yacht as they're going through employee files. This one was a senior executive at an SP500, now he's doing support for us. This one was an inventor at a medium stage startup, now he's SDE I. Etc...
Trading looks very interesting but I'd like to practice before I put my own capital up. It there a best platform to paper trade? Or should I legit just be using paper and pencil?

TD Ameritrade has the thinkorswim platform which allows demo trading.
You should understand the limitations of demo trading. Regulations are not enforced so things such as PDT and good faith violations can be broken. It will be a problem once you go live and realize the way you trade isn't allowed. In other words look up the rules and regulations. You will also need to understand liquidity since demo platforms don't simulate it or do it poorly.

Northern Dynasty already had a pending case against the EPA for the illegal veto. NDM put the lawsuit on hold for Pruitt essentially. They pretty much at the very least have to rescind the veto and allow fair process. Its going to be a quick progression to breaking ground in 2-4 years imo
