>Lose all my inhibitions taking adderal
>Set up amazing things
>Wake up the next morning in crash, with social anxiety, depression and fear.
Anyone go back and forth like that? between alpha and an r9k robot and both versions want to kill the other.
>>1807402
what is up with the adderal shilling. if you want to post about mental problems go to r9k
>>1807408
Fuck off
>>1807402
Never set up anything for the next day if you'll crash. Set up things in a way that gives you time to crash and then reup. Take frequent tolerance breaks when you can. Just use it as infrequently as possible so that your tolerance stays down.

"People" invest your settled funds when you're not using them, just like banks.
> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.
> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.
> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

Opinions on ABX? Posted an excellent q4 and yearly earnings, projected to have an even better 2017 and is a gold that pays dividends. Also just payed off 20% debt
>>1806452
They are in a good position to grow, if the gold bull market continues to the ~1300s they will easily end up in the 30 per share range
We are still in a long term bear market on gold though imo until these interest rate shenanigans are over, this is the bounceback from heavily oversold conditions but once the USD resumes it's uptrend momentum the dxy could easily reach 105-110 once the federal reserve starts seriously cranking on the rates.
Long term inflation is good for gold though, the only reason rate hikes are bad for gold is because it raises the value of the USD and that diminishes with every rate hike (an increase from 0.25 base points to .50 is essentially doubling the USD, .25 more to .75 is only 33% etc) and the higher low this year is promising but two or three rate hikes in a year could potentially cause 1000s in gold again
I'm a jnug memer for the current short term trend but ABX and BTG are my two stable picks at the moment, HMY is nice but about as volatile as jnug if you want something that's not a decaying ETF but still really swingy and TGD can be an acceptable speculative growth pick as they could easily double in value whenever their projects start production

Looks like good news for it coming in. Wonder if its going to shoot up tuesday. If it doesnt, you might be in for a dip.

Why is Austrian Economics mainly promoted by entrepreneurs, businessmen and traders when its a huge crock of shit backed with ZERO empirical evidence?
Still waiting for the hyperinflation and global economic collapse for the last 100 years btw.

Hi,
Hey /biz/ community. I'm wondering what is the best site in your opinion to hire freelancers for work(normally work that can be done remotely, like writing, website building, excel accounting reconciliation, etc.)?
I started off with craigslist, cause, you know. I kept getting flagged cause of haters. Then I heard about upwork, so I started doing that. Unfortunately, my workers have 20% of their pay taken from them, and in turn I have to pay an extra 3% fee to upwork myself. Ridiculous, but you can find some really great talent on it. After a while I heard about reddit, and they have a subreddit called /r/slavelabour in which you can post jobs to be done for under market rates. Unfortunately, although redditors tend to be really nice, quite often you get workers that, um, well, aren't very good or qualified. Why do you PM me for a job when you're not qualified for it? But i digress...
Is there any other site/online community I'm missing for finding freelancers online? Looking for a site that allows me to find workers who are willing to do tasks for cheap, but are North American, Aus/NZ, UK.
Not sure if this thread is breaking any 4chan laws. Sorry in advance if it is.

There's always Fiverr. Great place to find freelancers. They even got review and a rating system for everyone on the site. So you can pick out the best ones and most rated or give a new guy a chance to prove his worth for a very reasonable price.
>>1810188
I looked at fiverr. I needed some promotion work done for a product, and I found this russian guy who could literally do miracles for $25. I was amazed.
Thanks for the reminder. Only thing I didn't like about fiverr was their user interface. The best one I've seen is probably upworks.
>>1810188
Also, there is Mechanical Turk, but I haven't been there in a while so things may have changed. Basically you post a job and a rate and some random might do it right. It's okay if you're want menial typing shit for cents an hour.
hi anon can you help me understand this situation. me and waifu made 158k in 2016, all on w2, paid helluva lot of taxes too. still uncle sam wants more money! it says on turbotax we owe 5.8k in federal taxes how is that even possible?
>>1810176
You're too dumb to do your own taxes. Get an accountant.
>>1810176
1. How do people this dumb make $158k?
2. You owe less than 2 weeks pay, what's the fucking problem?

that's all on less than half a million worth of property.
>>1810110
your taxes are extraordinarily high unless that's business property.
Hey /biz/ I'm stumped on this question and i have no idea how to go about it. Can anyone here help an anon out?
Sports Caps Co. purchases 2000 hats at a cost of $7.50 apiece. Their total
desired revenue is the result of a 60% markup on the total cost. In addition, it
is estimated that 2% of the caps will be slightly damaged but sellable at $4
apiece, while 5% of the caps turn out to be unsellable, what should be the
cost per regular-priced cap in order to reach the desired revenue?
>>1809913
$12.55?
>>1809923
Your guess is as good as mine, anon. Thank you
Anyone else have any input on this?

How do I get into the mindset for accounting? I'm taking a couple of accounting classes at uni right now and I fucking hate it.
The math itself is piss easy, but filling out all the forms, all of the accounts, all of the ENDLESS boring paperwork, it's mind numbing. I'm already burned out.
Accountants of /biz/ please tell me how you do this shit without burning out or killing yourself because I'm now a week behind due to sheer burnout
>>1809721
You're only a student, but you're burned out and hating the work? I'm sure that doing it for the next 40 years is a good decision, bro. Just trudge on.
>>1809729
My major isn't accounting thankfully but I have to take two accounting classes for my major
>just trudge on
im trying REE
My dad took Accounting 101 and Accounting 102 the same semester. He was an engineering student (back in the 60s when you had to learn stuff you only learn in grad school today) but suddenly realised something his senior year: If you're going to run your own business, you need to know accounting. Otherwise you'll always be taken advantage of by someone who knows your balance sheet better than you do.
So take heart, OP. As an accountant you'll always have the keys to the car, regardless of where the executives drive it. You're the guy who can make everyone rich on paper or send everyone to jail.
What are some of the most reliable stocks to put my money in for long-term growth?

accounting or cs? can someone tell me what to go for, i want to make good money for a long time with some job security... in the UK btw
doesn't the UK pay shit wages for cs grads?
>>1809504
Apparently thats the same with accounting grads, thats why im so confused with what to do
>>1809380
I once faced that question. I can assure you accounting is far less fun than CS. And picking accounting is a bad bad decision if you enjoy CS. I know because I did pick accounting. While doing CS as a hobby in my free time.
Is Accounting really in danger of being automated? I know it's been the hype for many years now.
