Take them to a vet. Get the dog that starts the aggression put down. Dont let them stay together unsupervised. Lock them in seperate rooms when u arnt there to supervise them

Give more information about previous fights. Are they the same age? Are they littermates. If they repeatedly fight over balls then dont give them balls any more.

Anon, dwarf hamsters or roborowski can live in groups only if they come from the same breeding. Make sure they come from the same mother, or at least they have been together at the shop for a time.
Also, they need a lot of space so they don't become aggressive. Having the tank you're talking about, you shouldn't have more than 4 or 5. You can have more, but they won't be as comfortable.
I don't know if you're planning to breed. If not, buy them the same sex. Females can be pregnant the time you buy them at the shop, so be careful.
They can have fun together, but buy them toys with lots of holes and pipes, stairs or cliffs, and wheels so they can exercise. 15-20cm wheels are ok for small hamsters.

Antibiotics is what they give for cats with kennel cough, also known as URI. There's really nothing else to do with URI but antibiotics and TLC. If I were you I'd bring the cat back and say it's sick and you can't afford to take care of the illness, that you bought it ill and explain what the cat has already had. If you have a friend bring it back, you will just look negligent, especially if it's sick. At least in this case you are concerned for the cat's well being, and you did bring it to a vet and have been giving it meds. Being proof of vet visits too. They may give you more vet visits for free if they realize the cat has been sick since you adopted it.

URI generally takes 2 weeks to clear up, sometimes a month or so if it's bad. He may have some underlying issue that is making it worse. Did they check for FIV/FeLV? There's also something called chronic URI you might want to look into.

Serotonin syndrome can kill no matter the species. See if you can get your dog on suboxone/buprenorphine. They give it as pain meds for dogs, just say he has arthritis or something. This will help with the withdrawals.

I won't ask why your dog is on drugs, but don't let your vet know if you ever want to see your dog again. If anything say that your old vet prescribed it, and he only responds well to it/you only want him on it. Start him on sub/bupe about two days to three days after his last IV. You will not IV this, it's sublingual and they give you a mouth syringe thing for it.
