I'm 18, live in southwest Washington, am still in high school and will be moving out of my parent's house. I'm moving out because my mom and stepdad have made it next to impossible to be happy while I'm home. I'll explain that in greater detail if necessary.
I'm intending to move in with a friend during the remainder of the school year and then move in with my grandmother who lives close to the college I've been accepted to before the semester starts. I've carefully evaluated where I'm moving and so that's not a cause of concern.
I'm not letting my parents know I'm moving out because if I do let them know they will certainly panic and I'd rather not deal with repercussions of that.
What worries me is that I don't know what is legally mine within my parent's house. I've googled 6+ law sources within my state but none of them have details on what is legally mine or my parents'. If someone could explain what is legally mine or not while providing sources that'd be great.

I'm in my mid/late twenties, female, and really troubled when it comes to sexual stuff

I want to buy my parents a modest apartment for $200k to retire in. The mortgage will be in my name and they will pay me rent whatever the mortgage payment will be.

Is this a wise move for my financial well being? I'm planning on getting a place of my own in the next 5 years. I make 120k a year.

There's a girl who works for a different company in my building who comes to the office I work in maybe two or three times a day to print things off at the printer beside me. She is extremely beautiful and is exactly the sort of girl I'm attracted to. However, she is privately educated and presumably from an upper-middle class family, and her co-workers and probably her friends are from that class / background too.

I've only talked to her in order to help her with printing problems once or twice, other than that I've consciously adopted a pose of indifference towards her and pretended not to notice her entering the office. How could I go about talking to her? Or should I not do that in your opinion? I really would like to at least try to talk to her, but since I'm a quiet person at work it will be obvious if I suddenly make conversation with her.

It started when I was 16 and discovered things I found cool like 4chan, Science, spirituality, Religion, technology and self awareness. I had an obsession with knowing more about the world. I'm 19 trying to figure out what to do with my life while balancing work and play like everyone else. Everything I learned about life just made me feel like shit, what's the point of life? Death doesn't scare me but the one thing I learned from Buddhism is that although you don't know what's next, you must cherish this life, so I can't kill myself. I smoke weed and ciggerettes to speed up the process though. I don't mind working but I feel like I'm trapped trading an hour of my life for minimum wage when I'm supposed to be cherishing it. Im to self aware of life itself and can't stop thinking about it to the point where I would rather be in my head than socialize with other people. I feel like everyone is to caught up in their own story that they can't see the bigger picture or probably don't care. I look around me and see people chasing women, money and success. I wonder why if non of this matters when you're dead? Why is the human race the way it is? What's wrong with me? And what can I do about it? please.

Am I wrong for feeling like I fucked up my life?

>Went to uni at 17 studying computer science.

Every single day it's like I can feel myself calling myself a loser. Like I just look at other people's lives and try to avoid thinking about how much of a failure I feel like compared to everyone else. I try to make an effort to tell myself, sometimes out loud, that I'm not a loser and that I'm doing well in life; I think I do it just to try and keep my head on straight. I keep trying to tell myself I'm going to graduate soon and have decent career prospects and that things will improve... at the moment though I just feel old.. like I wasted my youth... I feel immature and stupid for my age. When I was younger people used to tell me I was the smartest person they knew or they expected me to do something amazing with my life. Instead I just became boring and fucked up most of the things I ever tried in life, ruined most of my relationships with people through bad social skills. I once got put in the psych ward by my parents when I was really suicidal. Lately I've been wondering if I should go back to seek therapy or mental help or if I'm just in a rut in life I have to dig out of.

I got a little problem with that. My most sweaty regions are hands, face and feets, 5 minutes after a shower i am already moist in these places. It gets me anxiety because of sloppy handshakes and wet face. Also my feets smell really bad, like vinegar. I eat healthy stuff, not much fat, salt or spicy things, i also do work out. I am not fat aswell. What do i do?
