use several types of 'dating' apps, like Tindr, okcupid, POF. I'm decent looking 7/10-ish and I actually get non-bot matches on Tindr, about 220 so far, but not a single one of them has messaged me back. I've tried everything from the usual, hey whats up, to writing a fucking essay about the one sentence they felt obliged to write about them liking to hang out with friends and enjoying other basic human needs. Ditto for the other sites. What gives? I figure I should have at least gotten one to reply by accident now, statistically speaking.

What she just sent me killed me.
Its my gf. We've had a rough patch of arguments and whatnot. But the love we have for each other is powerful. I love this girl more than anything, and when she tells me I "scare" her with the things I say when arguing......I feel dead inside. Like i don't deserve her.

Plenty of people regret breaking up with someone, saying something stupid, picking a certain major, changing jobs, moving to a new area, not seizing the opportunity to do something, etc.

This is probably better explained through an example. Let's say you choose to not to break up with someone because you think "what if I make a mistake in breaking up with them?". If you stay, there's always a chance that you'll end up thinking "what would my life have been like if I had broken up with this person?". Your life is a series of decisions, and there's no way you can find out what your life would be like if you had chosen every single option, so there's no point in sitting and wondering what life would have been like if you had done things differently. You can't change the past.

Yesterday I went to a gay club, I usually go there to pick up girls, but this time I got super drunk and kissed a guy.
The problem is that everybody think that I'm straight, and there was people from my college in the club. They saw what I did and my reputation in my college is in risk.

So /adv/, did your parents ever notice that you were depressed?
My father recently found my copy of "Anxiety and Depression for Dummies" and asked if I still felt that way and seemed shocked that I was depressed. Really I see no way how you can live with someone and not notice.

My parents would notice when I was sad and mopey but never thought that it was more than just an isolated event.
And when they asked and I would respond with "I'm okay", it never really went further than that. I don't blame them but I do feel as though it was fairly obvious.
Even today I feel as though they don't entirely know me. Or even slightly. It sounds cliched and cringey but it's the best way I can explain it. I'm 20 nearly 21.

She works morning to afternoon, and I afternoon to night shift, and there is no reason for either one of us to go into the other person's department of the company. She takes a lunch break, I take a dinner break. I would do this, but truthfully it is not possible at my company, so not sure if you have any other ideas.
