It aint easy. I managed to quite online games completely. I haven't played any online game for 2 months today. The thing was that i stopped hanging with a few of the people i used to play the most with, so that helped me stop entirely. Get some experience, just work on your own networking set up and school yourself on networks, infrastructure, and maintenance.
I know it's difficult to just throw yourself into outside experience but it's crucial to build a portfolio of things you've done and your own works.

Job market is shit here in Canada. Government applications even have you require to put down if you are a minority or not they pick race over qualifications. Also a lot of jobs will put you on the spot at a job interview and get you to do an IQ test but legally they are not allowed to.

as for the anime music, it depends on the right holders or any trolls. some Japanese studios have been more hostile against youtube and might issue a takedown notice. I'd look up the specific song you want to use and see if there are old youtube videos with the song. if there are you're probably safe from a permanent takedown.

for detection, youtube has automated the audio side of things. if the song is in their database and they detect it then whatever the right holders want done with the song will happen. they might put ads on the video, etc.
