You relate to no one around you. Conversations will be non-existent because they have life experiences that are now impossible for you to achieve at that age.
Doubling up the issue the people you could relate to are about a decade younger or more than you, but unless you have a good amount of charm and/or looks you are just going to be that creepy old guy.
Also your 30s is when you hit the true point of no return. Your best days are gone, your health will get worse your body will start to look worse, you will look back on what you have done and then face a future of what your last 30 (or less) good healthy years are going to look like. With a spouse and/or kids this can mitigated to at least having busy plans of raising the children or someone to share those years with. But alone? It's going to feel like all you have to look forward to is to live like you did the last 30 years except without joy or pleasure, just a numb cold feeling of being alone with no person irl to relate to you. To know that life is over.
