After a several year long period of heavy inactivity binge drinking and drug use and unhealthy eating I said fuck it went out into an open field on a sunny day and just started sprinting till I couldn't anymore. As soon as I caught my breath I did it again. I did this for about half an hour. I started getting random flashes of positive memories from when i was a kid from so long ago. I kept sprinting and kept getting more of these flashes then just started crying for like 15 minutes.

What exactly happened here? Am I faggot now?

Been trying to diagnose my garbage squat form for a few weeks. I've been stretching hips and ankles, and am able to get reasonable depth in BW squats without much butt wink if I focus.

But as soon as I add the bar (or even a broomstick), my weight immediately shifts forward considerably and I basically completely collapse my upper back and chest. Getting low enough is almost impossible. I've gotten my squat up to a little over 1pl8 but am struggling to add more weight, often lose balance forward and do pseudo good mornings, etc.

I'm fairly sure I have excessive kyphosis on my t-spine and tight shoulders due to lifelong bad posture, I'm guessing that's the root of the problem. Can that be alleviated enough that I can squat well one day? What are good stretches for it?

6'1 I think (maybe 6'2), about 42 inches if I measured it correctly, and I think so, can get my knees about 5 inches past my big toe.

Okay /fit/, help me out faggots. I'm going back to the gym after 7 months of calisthenics due to work travelling and shortage of money, thing is i have these 2 gyms near me, the first one:

>Small
>no one bothers me, so comfy
>i can make my own program
>old machines, ok free weights and dumbbels, a bit lacking
>no squat hack, no DL allowed

Gym n2:

>Great free weights area
>DL and Squat cage, gymnastic rings, rowing machines, great equipment and space
>can only use it if i sign a personal
>guy will keep bothering me during exercises
>every single one of them is a middle aged fat man
>went today to check it out, guy kept insisting i did some functional training 3 times and only lifted shit twice a week since i "wanted to tone" (i said i wanted to cut), said 10kg of lean mass a year is totally possible

i'm inclined to pick the first one, but the idea of deadlifting again after 7 months got to me, not to mention the gimnastic rings. What would you do in my situation?

Okay so quick question guys. Where is the first place fat falls off. I'm cutting currently and would like to know where is the first place fat comes off for men. I know everyone is different but what's the average for you guys? And what's the order in which the fat comes off by body parts.

It's most likely going to come off legs and arms first, then comes off of your torso, with the last place fat remains being the lower back and stomach. However, some people get closer to losing fat all over at the same time, some people lose fat in one place, then the next place, then the next.

Hey guys

Going to do calisthenics for some time due to lack of time (leave 07:00 AM to college and arrive home at around 08:00PM~09:00PM and no 24h gyms in my city)

is this a good form of holding my gains for the time?

also, post some good calisthenics routines

you're unlikely to have lessons from 8 to 18, from Mon to Fri
and even if you were, you'd be able to find ~45 minutes at the gym at lunch time or something, people with a fucking job can do it

two fullbody a week in gym may be enough to "hold your gains" way better than a hours in the evening doing calisthenics
there's a limited amount of hours in a day, and that amount is always 24

hit the gym on friday and sunday with two fullbody. you're not going to do calisthenics between classes. you could go to a college gym and shower once you're done, if your college has such a facility.
even if you had to commute and waste a whole hour every time you hit the gym, it would still be better (time-wise) than doing calisthenics.
Anyway, you know, I'm not here to convince you. Some people have to find how stuff works and how stuff works for them with trial and error. Good luck and double check your priorities; time is a limited resource.

What are best calf exercises? Is it better to use low reps and high weight?
