Also need some help on a cut. Should I always be at a 500 deficit a day or should it be more if I'm more active?

For example, stick to a 1500 cal/day diet and either

a) Take my BMR and my daily (non-sedentary) expenditure to get -500 cal and eat more than 1500 so that the overall is -500
b) Fuck it only eat 1500/day no matter how active?

Yes. We're coming full circle. Allow me to explain:
With the increase of social media and internet usage, normal fags are becoming more attached to screens and less social. Meanwhile, the internet is becoming more homogeneous and centralized on a handful of sites, so us autists use it less, except to post here and maybe do other menial shit like listen to music or look up something on Google. We're going to become the social ones and it's going to become "normal" to be socially autistic. This is why you need to find some good, wholesome hobbies to do in your spare time (work on cars, woodworking, etc.) so that when this site eventually falls and our role as the new social butterflies of the world is thrust upon us by force, we have something to connect to one another with.

A lot of drilling and sweat. Depends what gym you go to. The gym I go to let's use fuck around come in and out use any equipment as long as a coach isn't teaching in that room.

If you never done this before see if you can stick around after class and mess around.

I like clumping my cardio and my muscle workout together in the morning to get that outta the way since I'm too lazy and tired after work.

It was going fine for a few months but after increasing my cardio and muscle training over time I sweated a shit ton more during my jog and I sweated less doing weights.
My body feels colder during weight lifting than it did previously and feels a bit weird.

Is this a problem of hydration? I tend to drink after doing all my workout. Would it be more prudent to drink water after my jog before I start lifting weights?

A few people I know do morning and evening workouts. Not normally for splitting compounds from isolations, but more for separate muscle groups such as arms and back.

Long story short, I don't see the problem with wanting to do your best in compounds first thing and then recuperating for isolations much later in the day. Just make sure that your workouts take in account for what you are doing timescale wise.

I did a 5 minute squat, push up, mountain climber, lunge, and jumping jack workout two days ago. Now my legs feel like every muscle tendon was ripped in half and punched by thousands of little demons while being dunked into the flaming pits of hell.

How do I make the pain go away?

I recently moved and now my nearest gym is over 50km away. I have enough money right now to buy a barbell and around 3 pl8s worth of weight. Problem is I won't have enough for a proper rack bench, etc for a few months. Would shit like zercher squats, ohp, deads and floor press tide me over for a couple months or is there even any point?

You can always clean the weight up and focus on front squats, standing presses, and pulls from the floor.
Do you have a good spot for pullups? A bar would be cheap, and for the price more important than a rack or a bench.

So during fever you sweat a lot, and body is really hot. What if you workout (cardio especially), during this time, shouldn't you in theory burn more calories, because body has to work harder. If we suppose that there are no side effects ofc.
