I like clumping my cardio and my muscle workout together in the morning to get that outta the way since I'm too lazy and tired after work.
It was going fine for a few months but after increasing my cardio and muscle training over time I sweated a shit ton more during my jog and I sweated less doing weights.
My body feels colder during weight lifting than it did previously and feels a bit weird.
Is this a problem of hydration? I tend to drink after doing all my workout. Would it be more prudent to drink water after my jog before I start lifting weights?
