Also need some help on a cut. Should I always be at a 500 deficit a day or should it be more if I'm more active?
For example, stick to a 1500 cal/day diet and either
a) Take my BMR and my daily (non-sedentary) expenditure to get -500 cal and eat more than 1500 so that the overall is -500
b) Fuck it only eat 1500/day no matter how active?
Looks like 16-17ish %. Hard to say obviously.
