Fucking got a cold yesterday after being soaked in rain. I have work/uni tomorrow and I wanna kms because I feel like utter shit. Head is cloudy, nose is stuffed, everything aches.

Was there with you brah.

Breaks at work always involved going outside to smoke, and it's hard to be around smokers without smoking. Try to limit yourself to only smoking at certain points, never in the car and never while at home for instance, and then ween yourself off it.

An occasional cigarette won't kill you, but if you know you don't have the self control, don't kid yourself.

As far as working out again, you have to just bite the bullet and do it. I felt so drained and tired for so long and then finally said fuck it, hit the gym hard and had the best sleep I've had in a long time.

I worked out consistently for one year, and saw great gains. Then I pretty well stopped working out for one year and lost everything.

This is where my body is now; I'm going to the gym every day, and I'm doing 3 sets of 10 for every exercise that is on Symmetric Strength. I'm also eating and sleeping very well.

Will that be enough to see real gains, or should I try something else?
