I have a question guys
I go to the gym 4 days a week for a year and now I want to start taking Boxing courses.
do you guys think it'll affect my gains? if so how can I make the best of it? should I just eat a lot more on training days?

Lmao I used to have this fear of losing gains because I do an extra activity. BECAUSE my lifting routine is omg so hardcoar that anything more would make me shrink.

Seriously think about that and how ridiculous it sounds. Don't let this "fear" stop you from doing what you want to do OP. What will you lose? A few % off gains? What have gains done for you? Would losing that few % matter?

Just do it OP, you'll realise the human body is not as weak as you think and will shrink just because you do an extra manly activity.

Oh yeah, it is, 100g of this will set you back £15, which is 300 calories for 56g of protein, all while tasting like moss, because thats what it is.

238 pounds. My clothes are falling off of my body, no pants fit anymore, and I already put new holes in my belt. I feel fucking great.

I played baseball in High School in the 80's when I was 165 pounds, and I still have my jersey. At this point, I really want to get back into it. I bet by Spring, I'll be knocking on the door. Hopefully, the diabetes will go away as well.

It's all diet, 100%. When I hit my weight goal, I'll jump on my bike and start riding, but not until. (I actually have a really nice Specialized Allez that I haven't been on in close to 8 years now). I need this weight off of me, and now. I don't want to build muscle at all at this point in my plan, only after the weight is gone. I did some research and talked to my doctor, and he's on board with this.

I love the sport of boxing and I really want to do it for fitness and self defence. I'm also a shy faggot. Can I get to a reasonable level of boxing just by buying a heavy bag and teaching myself through internet videos (eg. FightTips)? Or do I absolutely need to join a gym?
