I have been on a diet consisting of carrots, spinach, kale, and chicken breast. It's been 4 weeks and I have lost four pounds. Where the fuck is my ketosis.

I find my lumbar to round even with 60kg on the bar when doing conventional. sumo+narrow stance squat will cover all you need for legs. if you don't like sumo you can do RDL or trap bar deadlifts, I don't think you can round your lumbar on trap bar deadlifts.
If you do them properly and don't ego lift with it and progress slowly it's worth it IMO.
Ive been lifting for 5 years and I deadlift 380 for 3 sets of 10. It feels very comfortable, I do it twice a week on my PPL routine.
It's taken me a long time to get the deadlift to just 380x10 because I spend a very long time doing the same weight, but slowly increasing reps.
I do 5-10 reps, once I can get 10 reps very comfortably, then increase the weight by 5 pounds and reset back down to 5 reps sets, then slowly work my way back upto sets of 10 with the new increased weight.
I've never had form or technique issues with my deadlift this way.

Also- I don't do touch-n-go reps, I reset after every rep so every rep is done safely without momentum.

I'm 26, I'm pretty decent shape, going on 5 years with my girlfriend, and I'm doing really well with my company.
I have finally decided to correct a retarded display of immaturity I made as a teen. I needed braces as a teen. I flat out refuses, and since I was a good student, had no discipline issues, and was good at my family sport(dad is an ex-pro, baseball)...they let me have my way. I'm a spoiled piece of shit brat, you don't have to tell me. Something tells me wearing braces for 3 years until im almost 30 will be punishment enough.
I'm getting way too many cavities because i have teeth turned in shitty positions. And well I just feel shitty about not having good looking teeth despite having had the opportunity. I don't smoke or drink coffee fuckers are pretty white compared to the average person.
I'm worried about how my braces are going to effect my professional career. I'm a project manager at a big pharma manufacturing plant, and I meet with clients nearly every week to convince them to allow our plant to produce whatever drug it is that they want to sell. I don't think my on going clients will have much of an issue with it, if anything they will see me as a man that wants to improve himself. But I'm worried new clients may see me as a under-30 "kid that literally has braces" and will unfairly judge me. Does anyone have any experience wearing braces as a near 30 year old in the professional world?
My girlfriend, probably soon to be fiancee is absolutely supportive of getting braces, just as she loves the work I put into my body the last couple years. They'll very likely be off before the wedding assuming we get engaged before 2018.

Ok bros, I've been doing push-ups and lifting weights for some time now, it was really cool noticing my delts, biceps and traps getting larger with time, as well as all the muscles that I don't know the names of, but when I lean against something or lay on the floor it feels like my body is padded. Instead of feeling the pinching pain on laying on my skin and bones, I feel a strange padding all over which is my new muscles. It no longer hurts but feels weird.
How do I delete this sensation but keep the muscles? Is there a way to cope with this drawback?

To the OP, don't waste your money on HMB. You have to go through a bottle a day to see anything at all.
If you're talking about actual oxandrolone Anavar and not some bullshit legal supplement with the same name, yeah, it's pretty good stuff. Oxandrolone is one oral steroid that I recommend using at a low dose for a somewhat extended amount of time. Taking 20mg a day for 10 weeks made me super lean and slightly bigger and I kept all of the results without doing any kind of pct. Use it with creatine for extra strength and size benefits.
