To the OP, don't waste your money on HMB. You have to go through a bottle a day to see anything at all.
If you're talking about actual oxandrolone Anavar and not some bullshit legal supplement with the same name, yeah, it's pretty good stuff. Oxandrolone is one oral steroid that I recommend using at a low dose for a somewhat extended amount of time. Taking 20mg a day for 10 weeks made me super lean and slightly bigger and I kept all of the results without doing any kind of pct. Use it with creatine for extra strength and size benefits.
