No. There is no point because rack pulls are and assistance movement for the deadlift. That's like doing 5/3/1 for rows, curls, or dumbbell bench. If you feel the need to add an extra day that just means that you aren't working hard enough to require the additional rest. Scrap the rack pulls and just go hard as fuck on your training days. Make sure you condition if you don't want to be fat and out of shape.

Back in April I had been lifting on/off for like 4 months, life was good, and thought I had enough muscle to play rugby. First practice, I tackled someone and something fuckked up in my back, like a burning sensation in my mid-back region. Stupidly I did not see a doctor. It got better, not completely gone away but then next practice tackle I made fucked it again. So I dropped rugby. That month I would notice a lot of neck pain/mid-back pain, cricks and cracks, particularly while driving. One time, the pain was bad enough that I needed to pull over and let my friend drive because it was making it difficult to drive.
Stupidly I did not see a doctor.
Then I began the shittiest job I've ever had. It was crab processing, 12 hours often 7 days/w, I was a butcher. Basicaly that meant standing in one fucking spot all day that was not built for someone my height so I looked down all day. Every day burned my back in the areas you see in the pic. I did this from April-August.
Now, during that time I did see a doctor. He basically got me to move my arms around, told me everything was fine and that I could even continue going to the gym. He refereed me to a physiotherapist. The physio guy said everything is very characteristic of levator scapulae tightness. He put some electric pad on it for 20 minutes, and I got an hour massage. It felt great that day, but the next day it was all back.
Here I am, no longer working/rugby, but all the pain is there.
I should mention that I just turned 18 over the summer, so Id think its not an age thing....

i had some shitty pain around the area you described. For me due to poor scapulae control and posture problems?
strengthening my serratus anterior with straight up pushups with a shrug on top (pushups plus), focusing on good form and scapula movement actually helped alot.
also i did a fuckton of wall slides and rows. pain surprisingly went away after a week or two of doing these things
