I am currently running a 17 minute mile, need it to be 15 by a week from saturday. Not fat or anything, just have no stamina when I run long distance. Would running the 1.5 mile daily and just trying to cut down my time each time be the most effective or should I mix up what shit I do?

But really, to improve your endurance just run more, don't eat right before a run wait like an hour then go and you should have more energy. I'm not a great runner though, only running 9 minute miles myself so still working on it.
My god man a 17 minute mile can't even be called running. You have to be overweight or I don't believe you. Anyway you're going to want to just get your miles in and cut weight if you're fat. Yes running 1.5 miles a day will improve your mile time.

I had a 10 minute mile pace for a 10k, and I got it down to 45 minutes by doing the couch to 10k trainer where whenever it was like the walk session, I went my previous pace, and whenever it was time to run I'd go one mile per hour faster. I did it for two cycles on a treadmill and got to 8mph for 10k, and I'm gonna start again try to get below the 40 minute mark.
I've had an umbilical hernia for about the past 7 years. Wanting to get it fixed this summer. Just seeing if anyone on here has experienced hernia surgery and how their recovery was?
I powerlift and do strongman so I'm kind of worried about how this will affect that. Do you guys still lift heavy after having it repaired?
Right now it doesn't give me any pain, my physician says that it's benign compared to other hernias and the only reason to get it fixed if it doesn't bother me (which it doesn't) is because I don't like the way it looks.

I had a look into it, amd the Tibet side looks cheaper/better. You can only climb at certain times of year and shit. You also ought to have a good deal of experience on smaller peaks.
Run a marathon. Sounds a bit ridiculous but it will build the mental toughness youd need for the conditions, and should help you manage your bodyweight through the stop start aerobic activity. Its also worth doing some light cardio or hill climbs in high volume clothing to get used to the new way of moving.
Really tho, if you can climb nevis or snowdon then physically youre not far off of everest (with a sherpa carrying your shit). Its the conditions thatll be hard, even with down suits and altitude boots.
Also dont be poor, even renting the kit and getting the permits and shit for basecamp will set you back a fuck of a lot

The belief is that if you eat at maintenance, you'd shift between those two states throughout the day, but not at nearly the same efficiency as just committing to one or the other. (perhaps this is due to some hidden metabolic "cost" of switching between the two?)
There is another belief that using Intermittent Fasting along with this makes the process more efficient, possibly even to the point of being a viable alternative to dedicated bulking or cutting. (possibly because you're staying in each state for a longer period of time, even if it's only by a few hours? Perhaps because you are making fewer "switches" between the two?)

Has anyone had any success improving their stamina while getting freaky?
2 weeks ago I got sick with a cold, nothing big. But due to not feeling 100%, I was able to absolutely pound the shit out of my gf and it felt like I could cum whenever I commanded my body to. The feeling was sublime and I shook her world with multiple orgasms.
