When I bulk, I feel fat and I want to get shredded.
When I cut, I feel weak and want to get big and strong.
I'm in my early 30s, test is still testing high 700s, always been natural.
I've been at it for nearly 2 decades, I'm big for sure, lifts are great, I'm nearly the size of all.my bros on gear, just not nearly as cut.
I have good discipline, I just get bored. Everytime I try to do a serious cut, I flake out and get tired of it a few weeks in. How to stay motivated? I have a sexy fit wife, a black belt in bjj, I'm strong as shit, yolked, just not shredded. It's the one fitness goal that I never have been able to attain?

Any advice from serious bros? How to stay motivated,how to stay on track, and not go back to heavy sqwats and giant steaks?
Will I be a permabulk master race forever? Should I say fuck it, start using gear and other pharms so the results are faster before I tire of the cut?

You were tested correctly right, free and total? Saliva or blood? 500 is fine with diet and hard work, not crazy gains, but respectable.
Most of my gym friends and few of the guys from bJJ are either on trt or full on roids. Im totally for it and think when done correctly it's great, I've just been very very lucky and genetically gifted. High test, thick wrists. I'm only 5'9, though. So there's that. I weigh 225, 17%. Natural meso-endomorph. Muscle never been a problem. Getting below 15% body fat is a son of a bitch. We all have our crosses to bear bro, stay at it.

How do I fix this? I have zero sex drive and am involuntarily doing nofap. When I look at people now all I do is assume their diets and whether they lift or not. Anyone here with experience eating oysters?

I started eating a whole tin of pic related daily for the aphrodisiac effects and I noticed my balls feel more tender and my erections are harder than usual. I've also been more interested in thicc girls and hardly even notice skinny girls anymore.

Each tin is 22 g of protein with only 240 calories so it doesn't hurt to snack on either.

Yeah I figured it could be a placebo effect but the nutrition is so good anyway. They're kinda pricey though. And the tinned or canned oysters probably taste no where near what raw oysters taste like but they get the job done.

Dyel here, every time I do the bench press it works 90% shoulders and 10% chest. I try squeeze my back to keep my shoulders together, but as soon as I hold weight I can't squeeze my back very much. What do?

If not, you might need to deload, deferring to unwanted muscles can happen when the weight's too heavy for what you're trying to target.

i take a daily multi, fish oil, 5g of creatine post workout with L-Arginine, and a post workout protein shake.
